Designer Fabric Trunk Show Oct 8-14
A 50-year-old, Los Angeles based “jobber” (who used to sell fabrics to Counterpoint and more recently, to Snyder Fine Fabrics) has offered my store his line. I started with a few pieces this Summer and have arranged a Trunk Show for Buffalo State College Fashion Design students, American Sewing Guild members and starving-for-great-garment-fabrics seamstresses, tailors and fashionistas!
You can order as little as 1 yard at special trunk-show PRE-order pricing. Order 10 or more yards of the same fabric for even lower pricing. Many fabrics are $6-8/yard and hundreds will be in the $10-20/yard range, there are a couple marked 4-ply silk on the list (no idea what colors yet). Available yardage amount will be marked on each sample and orders will be first-come, first get.
The store WILL BE OPEN on Monday, Columbus Day, Oct 14 as well as regular business hours. I will be ordering some of these for inventory but, for "pick of the crop" come in and play "buyer" with me!
